Day 01

Airport → Sigiriya

Arrive at the airport and transfer to Sigiriya through lush countryside and peaceful villages. Enjoy scenic views along the way as you begin your journey through Sri Lanka’s Cultural Triangle. After checking into your hotel, relax and recover from your flight or take a leisurely walk around the nearby area to experience local life. The evening is free to unwind and enjoy the tranquil atmosphere of Sigiriya, preparing for the adventures ahead. Overnight stay in Sigiriya.

Sigiriya → Kandy

Start the day with a climb up the world-famous Sigiriya Rock Fortress or Pidurangala Rock for breathtaking panoramic views. Experience a traditional village safari before visiting the UNESCO-listed Dambulla Cave Temple with its ancient murals and Buddha statues. En route to Kandy, stop at a Matale spice garden to learn about Ayurveda. In the evening, enjoy a lively Kandyan cultural dance show followed by a visit to the sacred Temple of the Tooth Relic. Kandy → Nuwara Eliya → Ella
